Cimorene, Lyra, and Ella are all great choices! (Haven’t read the others.) love all those girls.
These are all series we found as an adult (or came out then), but I also really like Percy Mori from the webcomic Barbarous by Ananth Hirsh and Yuki Ota; she’s a very ambitious, highly perfectionist wizard school drop-out having to deal with failure and NOT achieving her dream. She’s competitive, she’s driven, and she has to recalibrate her expectations and identity.
I also love the two protagonists of Lydia Kwa’s Oracle Bone ( who also appears in the sequels taking place decades/centuries later, The Walking Boy and A Dream Wants Waking). Taoist nuns who love each other (they have an asexual relationship themselves, sexual relationships with other women), exorcise angry ghosts, embrace being nonhuman, and save the world! My favorite lesbian fiction.
